Sitting near to the Incandescent Loch sits on the of largest, widest willow trees many have laid eyes on, it’s massive branches extending for feet, creating a veil of thin, wispy branches hanging from above. Some believe the tree to be sacred, while some merely come to gather themselves in their lonesome, stepping into the tree’s protection, and allowing themselves to recline into a state of relaxation. Little can be heard here despite the soft whispering of the branches with the warm wind, and this has certainly been identified as one of the most peaceful places upon the island.

In the very center of the Angletus territory rests this little jewel of a lake, the Incandescent Loch. It’s a rather secluded body of water, and though somewhat small, it is hardly quaint to those that live within the Dominion. It’s a beautiful sight for one to behind, and due to the lack of use of which the loch has encountered, the water is still a shimmering, splendid turquoise of which seems to catch the light with each and every little ripple, resulting in a beautiful visual display for any nearby. This area tends to be rather quiet, but should one intend to visit this area, I highly suggest they do so at dawn, as the water mirrors the splashed pink and orange hues of the sky, able of awing even the more of hardened individuals.

Seeing as Angletus lands are lacking any large mountains and/or cliffs, this particular, large hill is the Dominion’s only chance at catching a glimpse of a remotely good view. The hill is startlingly large and oddly high, and is covered in a thick blanket of flourishing, green grass, therefore making it generally appealing to the eye. Now, though you’re not nearly above the cloud when in such an area, the knoll does provide a rather good view of the rest of Angletus, and is often a very peaceful, calming area to rest. Whether you are in need of sleep or simply looking for another to converse with, I am sure this area will fit your needs perfectly.

Finally, on the southernmost part of the island, we have the Carpeted Lea, which, surely, is the most plentiful, flourishing meadow within all of Vixentile. Covered in thick, billowing grasses reaching up to the chest of most equines, this area is seemingly paradise, especially for those of who have been deprived of a good atmosphere. The entire area is brimming with an air of contentedness and warmth, and even on a winter day, this meadow is definitely a sigh to see, bursting with life.

Now, these are lands that certainly fit the Dominion’s demeanour—unthreatening, calming, and undeniably tranquil, these lands appeal to those of all mindsets. Dark or light, most find it dauntingly challenging to resist a glance upon these lands, as well as their sheer, unbridled beauty. A very open, warm, and inviting place to say the least, majority of the Angletus territory gives off a very light, divine feel to it. They are, quite literally, paradise. Now, though Angletus can be strict towards those of other Dominions that wander within the territory’s depths, they are certainly more forgiving then each and every other Dominion. However, this is no reason to strut upon Angletus soil without so much as an ounce of hesitation—just because these equines are generally considered good-natured, doesn’t mean they won’t punish those that they find breaking the laws.
