• • the grieving willow
Sitting near to the Incandescent Loch sits on the of largest, widest willow trees many have laid eyes on, it’s massive branches extending for feet, creating a veil of thin, wispy branches hanging from above. Some believe the tree to be sacred, while some merely come to gather themselves in their lonesome, stepping into the tree’s protection, and allowing themselves to recline into a state of relaxation. Little can be heard here despite the soft whispering of the branches with the warm wind, and this has certainly been identified as one of the most peaceful places upon the island.
